'Samsung SUHD TV Quantum Dot Ultra-Dense Picture Quality Exhibition' Held at Major Department Stores Nationwide

Samsung Electronics is holding the 'Samsung SUHD TV Quantum Dot Ultra-Dense Picture Exhibition' until April 27.

This event, held to commemorate the new 2016 SUHD TV products launched on the 22nd, is a consumer experience roadshow conducted by Samsung Electronics at major department stores nationwide.

Customers visiting the 'Samsung SUHD TV Quantum Dot Ultra-Dense Picture Exhibition' can directly check the richer and more detailed picture quality of Samsung SUHD TVs compared to existing TVs at the Quantum Dot picture comparison zone set up in the exhibition hall.

In addition, in the 360-degree exhibition zone, you can see the luxurious design of the Samsung SUHD TV, which features a 'bezel-less design' where the screen bezel is invisible and all unnecessary parts on the back of the TV have been eliminated, making it beautiful to view from any angle.

Samsung Electronics, in collaboration with the Samsung Museum of Art, Leeum, also prepared a venue to vividly showcase high-resolution 4K video of the exhibition 'Praise of Korean Architecture: Enlightenment of the Land,' which features beautiful Korean architecture including temples, Jongmyo Shrine, palaces, fortresses, and folk houses, using the Quantum Dot ultra-dense picture quality of the latest SUHD TV.

Samsung's 2016 SUHD TVs utilize Quantum Dot technology with a unit of one-billionth of a meter to deliver picture quality true to natural colors, and with 'HDR 1000' technology, they can display bright images up to 1,000 nits, accurately showing details in both bright and dark areas.

In addition, it features an 'anti-glare' panel that reduces glare interfering with TV viewing to near-zero, allowing for more comfortable TV viewing in any environment.

This event will be held starting at Hyundai Department Store Pangyo Branch (March 25–29), followed by Hyundai Department Store Mokdong Branch (March 31–April 3), Hyundai Department Store Daegu Branch (April 1–5), Lotte Department Store Busan Branch (April 7–12), Lotte Department Store Jamsil Branch (April 11–17), Lotte Department Store Main Branch (April 15–17), and Shinsegae Department Store Centum City Branch (April 21–27).
