Automotive Conference 2016 to be held at COEX, Seoul on September 2

MathWorks (kr.mathworks.com) announced that it will hold the 'MathWorks Automotive Conference 2016' at COEX in Seoul on September 2.

The MathWorks Automotive Conference is a global event held across the U.S., Europe, and Asia for experts, researchers, and engineers in the automotive industry. It serves as a platform to introduce solutions for more effective and rapid development in the increasingly complex automotive environment. Attendees can learn about the latest trends in automotive technology and real-world customer case studies from MATLAB and Simulink experts.

This conference features various sessions led by MathWorks engineers, and Deputy General Manager Jong-heon Kim, an application engineer for Simulink Control Design™, will introduce how to utilize MATLAB and Simulink in the development of ADAS and autonomous driving systems under the theme of "Model-Based Design for ADAS and Autonomous Driving System Development." For the customer case presentation, Senior Researcher Baek Su-ho of Hyundai Autron is scheduled to introduce his research using MATLAB and Simulink under the theme of "Design of AUTOSAR Architecture for MBD-based Non-AUTOSAR MDPS Controller using ODIN."


In addition to this, sessions will also be held on model-based design for image processing and FPGA design using machine learning/deep learning, integrated verification of models and code in model-based design, services for establishing development environments and processes for the introduction of model-based design, and the development of automatic fault diagnosis and prediction-based maintenance systems through big data analysis.
