Samsung Electronics Launches the Odyssey, a Gaming-Friendly Laptop

Samsung Electronics released the gaming-focused laptop 'Samsung Notebook Odyssey' on the 12th.
The Samsung Notebook Odyssey is optimized for gaming with the latest 7th generation Intel Core i7/i5 processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GPU, PCIe SSD, 2,400MHz DDR4 memory, and a 15.6-inch (39.6cm) screen size.
Compared to conventional gaming laptops, the "Hexa Cooling System" features large heat dissipation vents and large-capacity dual fans, enabling long-term gaming without performance degradation. The vents are detachable, allowing for easy memory and storage upgrades.

The Samsung Notebook Odyssey features a Full HD wide-viewing-angle, anti-reflective display, allowing you to see the same screen from any angle, and the FHD anti-reflective display and 280 nit brightness provide a clear screen. Additionally, it has a Video HDR function that analyzes the scene and finds the optimal color and contrast ratio.
In addition, it provides a keyboard with a backlit and curved crater keycap design that emphasizes the WASD keys frequently used in gaming, a dashboard (Fn+F10) that allows you to immediately check the game's frame rate, CPU usage, and memory usage, and game recording (Fn+F11) to enhance gaming convenience.
The Samsung Notebook Odyssey, which was recently released, comes in two colors: Knights Black and Storm White, and is priced at 2 million won (NT800G5M-X78W) and 1.8 million won (NT800G5M-X58), respectively, depending on the processor installed.
