QLED TV, first unveiled at the last CES exhibition, is now available in Europe.

Samsung Electronics has launched its QLED TV in the European market, making a foray into the global market.

Samsung Electronics held the "Samsung Forum" in Barcelona, Spain on the 2nd (local time), a large-scale event introducing its QLED TVs and IoT premium home appliances to the European market. Now in its eighth year, the "Samsung Forum" is a continental event where Samsung Electronics showcases its new product lineup tailored to the specific needs of each global region to local business partners and media representatives.

Starting with Barcelona, Samsung Electronics will hold eight continental forums in four cities – Singapore, Cape Town, and Shanghai – to showcase strategic products such as QLED TVs and premium home appliances with enhanced IoT connectivity to approximately 4,000 key business partners and media representatives from around the world.

Through this 'Samsung Forum', Samsung Electronics unveiled the Samsung QLED TV, which was first unveiled at CES 2017 held in Las Vegas, USA and received much attention from visitors, in Europe. Samsung QLED TV is a product that has been upgraded in all aspects, including picture quality, contrast ratio, and viewing angle, through Samsung Electronics' unique quantum dot technology that applies metal materials.

Samsung Electronics also exhibited a number of European home appliances that innovatively improved IoT connectivity and usability, including the Family Hub 2.0, AddWash and dryer, and wall-mounted wind-free air conditioner.
