Cisco Jasper Control Center Enables Borderless IoT Service Delivery

Cisco announced that it is launching a global Internet of Things (IoT) service platform for Korean companies in collaboration with KT and Cisco Jasper. As a result, domestic companies will be able to provide new connected services utilizing IoT to their customers.

KT’s high-performance network and Cisco Jasper Control Center’s IoT connection management platform combine to enable domestic and international companies to provide IoT services without border restrictions. Cisco Jasper manages IoT devices connected to over 550 mobile operator networks through partnerships with over 50 service providers worldwide.

KT, which has strengthened its market leadership in the IoT and connected car sectors, plans to expand its business and geographic areas based on the newly launched platform. Through Cisco Jasper Control Center, companies can operate connected services stably at the lowest cost.

The collaboration between Cisco Jasper Control Center and KT enables global companies to easily expand IoT services in the domestic market. Thanks to the partnership between Cisco Jasper and mobile operators around the world, IoT services tailored to customer demand can be easily expanded to more countries.
