Cognex’s Insight 7000 GEN 2 is compact. Its autofocus function enables flexible inspection of heterogeneous products with varying heights. Lighting and optical modules can be replaced on-site, allowing for adaptation to specific field environments. LED lighting surrounding the device's exterior provides an intuitive indication of product operation, and its IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating ensures normal operation even in harsh factory environments.




The Insight Laser Profiler is a measurement system used to verify the accuracy of part dimensions. It generates a micron-level 2D profile along a laser line. It provides an intuitive user interface and allows remote monitoring of production line activities from mobile devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones through an HTML-based user interface.

The Insight 2000 vision sensor combines the performance of existing Insight systems. It handles error verification applications. With diffuse lighting technology, it can perform vision inspection without external lighting.

The DataMAN 363X barcode reader can decode 1-D barcodes with a resolution of 0.8 PPM that are damaged or of poor quality. Additionally, it incorporates 2D Max and patent-pending Power Grid technology to read difficult-to-read 2-D codes, including those outside the visible area.

At the Cognex booth, visitors are provided with the opportunity to experience solution demonstrations and verify the performance and usage of the products firsthand. In particular, Cognex has prepared a conveyor belt equipped with DataMAN 363X, Surface FX, and VGR to display at the booth, allowing visitors to see the entire process of machine vision solutions reading objects, checking for defects, and performing automated assembly at a glance.
