Telit announced that its deviceWISE Asset Gateway software has completed certification for Cisco's IOx edge computing gateway.

Telit’s deviceWISE asset gateway, which is certified for Cisco ISR809/829 Industrial Integrated Services Routers and Cisco IE4000 Industrial Ethernet Switches, is an integrated cloud-ready solution that can be utilized as an industrial IoT solution.

The two companies set out to discover broad market opportunities by diversifying their products and services through multifaceted go-to-market cooperation. In particular, the two companies' integrated appliance, designed to meet Industry 4.0 by enhancing safety and robustness, provides edge intelligence for industrial asset management, condition-based monitoring, predictive maintenance, and various mission-critical IoT applications.



Telit’s deviceWISE asset gateway used in this product is a smart agent that provides a vast library of industrial protocols and was built based on decades of development and technical experience in the field of industrial automation.

This gateway can be used in conjunction with Telit IoT Portal, an enterprise-level cloud service, and is suitable for Industry 4.0 applications such as real-time remote monitoring and control, and predictive maintenance.
