Oracle Launches M12 Server with High Speed

Oracle has launched the enterprise server SPARC M12. Equipped with the new SPARC 64 XII processor and featuring up to 2.5 times better core performance than the previous model, the SPARC M12 is now capable of supporting a wide range of database tasks, from on-premises mission-critical systems to big data processing in the cloud.
The M12 server consists of two models: the M12-2 server, which is equipped with two processors, and the M12-2S server, which can be equipped with up to 32 processors.
The M10, the predecessor model to the M12 server, has served as the backbone of ICT infrastructure. It reliably processed mission-critical databases and reduced the search time for information databases used in corporate marketing to 1/300th of that of existing technology.
The SPARC M12 server is evaluated as a server optimized for the market, offering top-tier performance for rapidly processing large volumes of data while minimizing operating and management costs.

Oracle Korea helps domestic companies adopt cloud services.
Oracle Korea announced on the 20th that the "Oracle Day for PaaS & IaaS for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" roadshow, which took place over the past two months and concluded in Jeju, was sold out at every session and completed successfully. The roadshow was held in a total of seven cities: starting in Pangyo on February 21st, followed by Daejeon, Gwangju, Seoul, Incheon, Yongin/Suwon, and concluding in Jeju. Oracle Day was conducted in the format of seminars that directly visited small and medium-sized enterprises in major cities across the country. Additionally, it was composed of a small and medium-sized enterprise-tailored cloud portfolio, customer case studies, and product demonstrations, providing practical information to small and medium-sized enterprises considering cloud adoption or in the midst of implementation.

SalePoint Signs Multi-Year Partnership Agreement with AWS… Promoting Identity Security that Integrates Even AI Agents
Sailpoint has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership agreement with AWS and is moving forward with establishing an integrated governance system that manages both human and non-human identities together. The plan is to consistently manage access permissions in an environment where AI agents are increasing as work execution entities, while applying the principle of least privilege and automated policy enforcement. The two companies plan to jointly expand capabilities to manage the identities of various entities, including AI agents, within a single layer in the AWS environment. This collaboration is interpreted as a move to design security and governance together in corporate environments where AI adoption is expanding.

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation. The company explained that it reduces the limitations of existing security operations centers, which have had to forgo some data due to high cost structures, and enables large-scale data analysis and automation based on open formats and ecosystems. LakeWatch is currently offered as a private preview, with Adobe and Dropbox mentioned as early customers. Databricks also announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic as well as the acquisition of Antimatter and SiftD.ai.
