Expanding the dedicated training space and establishing a new product exhibition space and testing room.

To support its growing sales, expand its organization, and strengthen support for regional customers, Cognex Korea has relocated its offices to 135 Daemyung Tower in Beopwon-ro, Songpa-gu. A ceremony to celebrate the move was held yesterday at 2:00 PM. The ceremony was attended by Lacroix Didier, Cognex Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Cognex Korea executives, and key partners.

Cognex Korea has continued its steady growth, doubling its sales year-over-year last year. This growth has led to continued staff expansion. As a result of this expansion, Cognex Korea has relocated to a space more than twice its previous size to provide a more comfortable working environment for its employees.

Cognex's main customers are precision manufacturers in electronics, automotive, LCD, and semiconductor industries, and are primarily located in rural areas. Accordingly, Cognex Korea has relocated its office to Munjeong-dong, adjacent to the Bundang-Suseo Expressway and the Seoul Outer Ring Road, to improve accessibility to regional customers. Cognex Korea announced that this expansion will allow it to flexibly respond to changes in the rapidly growing domestic machine vision market and expand support and investment for its Korean customers and partners.

As part of its expanded investment in the Korean market, Cognex Korea has created a larger dedicated training space in its new office and replaced all training products with new products. The company also created a new product display area where key Cognex products can be viewed at a glance, as well as a product testing room where new products can be demonstrated firsthand.
