LG Electronics' NoteOn double-door refrigerator recognized for excellence in the UK
Published2017.12.12 14:00LG KnockOn MagicSpace French Door Refrigerator (Model: GSX961NSAZ) received a full 5-star score from 'Trusted Review', a British home appliance and IT evaluation magazine.
'Trusted Reviews' evaluated this product as having advantages in all aspects including performance, ease of use, energy efficiency, noise, and design. The only disadvantage it mentioned was 'the high price'.
'Trusted Reviews' said that in addition to the 'addictive' convenience of the KnockOn Magic Space, this product has ▲ ample storage capacity, ▲ ice dispenser, ▲ excellent cooling performance, and ▲ stylish metal design. It also said that the fact that it had the highest energy efficiency of any American-style French-door refrigerator it has ever evaluated is thanks to its high-efficiency inverter linear compressor.
The smart function using wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) also received high marks. Users can remotely control the temperature inside the refrigerator through the 'SmartThinQ' app and receive notifications if the refrigerator door is left open.
Prior to this, the LG KnockOn Magic Space French Door Refrigerator received the highest rating of 'Very Good' in a consumer evaluation conducted by 'Emporio Test Magazine', one of the three major consumer magazines in Germany.
LG refrigerator's unique convenience feature, 'Knock On Magic Space', adds the 'Knock On' function that turns on the screen by knocking twice to the new concept storage space, 'Magic Space'. Users can easily check the food inside the refrigerator just by knocking, and using Magic Space can also reduce cold air leakage by 41%.

Samsung Electronics achieved the number one market share position in the US home appliances market in the third quarter, marking six consecutive quarters of leading the market. According to a recent report from US market research firm Traqline, Samsung Electronics captured a 19.3% market share (on a revenue basis) in the major home appliances market by brand in the United States, securing the top position. On a cumulative basis for the third quarter, the company recorded 18.9%, representing a 2.1 percentage point increase compared to the same period in the prior year. Samsung Electronics Recognized for Product Excellence at CES 2018
Samsung Electronics has won a total of 36 'CES Innovation Honoree' awards, including 2 'Best of Innovation' awards, ahead of 'CES 2018' to be held in Las Vegas, USA in January next year. The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) announced the winning products of the 'CES Innovation Awards' across 28 categories on the 9th local time. In particular, Samsung's new TV product and Family Hub refrigerator new product to be unveiled at CES 2018 each won the 'Best of Innovation' award in their respective product categories.
