Mouser to Supply Amphenol's Amphe-PD Series of Connectors
Published2018.02.12 11:10Mouser Electronics is now stocking the Amphe-PD series of connectors from Amphenol Industrial. Designed for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and busbar termination, the Amphe-PD series connectors transmit more current while generating less heat than similarly sized connectors.
Amphe-PD series connectors from Amphenol, available from Mouser Electronics, feature RADSOK technology, which delivers higher current capacity, lower temperature rise, lower resistance, and lower mating forces. RADSOK terminals feature a hyperbolic contact surface with multiple beams, offering high reliability, optimal current carrying performance, and extended lifespan in a compact installation space.
Amphe-PD connectors are also available in 2-pin 3.6mm RADSOK (rated current 70A) and 2-pin 5.7mm (rated current 120A) sizes. They deliver high current in a small footprint, making them an excellent solution for data communications applications that require a compact, powerful connector.

Mouser Supplies TDK's Ultra-Thin PiezoHapt Actuators
마우저 일렉트로닉스가 액추에이터 등 TDK의 햅틱 소자 포트폴리오를 확장한 초박막 PiezoHapt를 공급한다. 두께는 0.35mm, 응답 시간은 4ms로 기존 편심 모터와 선형 공진 모터보다 얇고 에너지 효율이 높다. 마우저가 공급하는 TDK의 PiezoHapt 액추에이터는 유니모프 구조로 설계되었으며 진동판 한쪽 면에 부착된 다층 피에조 요소로 구성된다. 유니모프 구조 덕분에 온도와 형태 변화에 적응할 수 있으며 저전압에서 작동한다. 최저 24V의 전압으로 구동되며 인가된 전압의 진폭과 주파수에 따라 다양한 진동 패턴을 보여준다. 주파수 200Hz, 첨두 전압 24V인 PiezoHapt는 일반적으로 65μm(무부하)의 변위를 제공한다.
