Published2018.03.06 15:17KT and GS Retail officially opened the Sinchon branch of the urban VR theme park 'VRIGHT' on March 6th.
At VRIGHT, you can experience about 50 types of VR content, including 'Special Force VR: UNIVERSAL WAR', a VR game that reimagines the first-person shooter game 'Special Force', and 'Flying Jet'.
VRIGHT, which held an official opening ceremony with KT and GS Retail, is offering a 30% discount promotion on weekdays only for the month of March to commemorate its opening. More details can be found on the website (www..VRIGHT.com).

KT, MWC 2018에서 5G 선두주자로 자리매김하나
KT는 ‘모바일 월드 콩그레스 2018(Mobile World Congress 2018, 이하 MWC 2018)’에서 ‘세계 최초 5G, KT를 경험하라’를 주제로 5G 기술 및 융합 서비스를 선보인다. KT는 세계이동통신사업자협회(GSMA)의 공동관인 ‘이노베이션 시티’에 화웨이, 투르크셀, 재스퍼 등 글로벌 기업들과 함께 참여한다. KT 전시관은세계 최초 5G 네트워크와 서비스를 소개하는 ‘5G 존(5G Zone)’과 첨단 융합서비스를 소개하는 ‘서비스존(Service Zone)’으로 구성된다. ▲5G Zone: 세계 최초 5G, 5G 단말/기지국 장비, 5G 방송 중계, 무선 VR ‘5G 존’은 KT가 그 동안 세계 최초 5G 기술을 준비해온 과정과 5G 네트워크 기반의 서비스를 소개한다. ‘5G 존’에서는 5G 단말을 전시해 4G 네트워크와 비교한 5G 네트워크의 속도를 눈으로 확인할 수 있다. 또 KT가 올해 세계 최초로 선보인 5G 시범망에 적용된 5G 통합제어체계를 소개한다. 여기에는 다양한 5G 서비스 네트워크를 가상화 기반으로 신속하고 설치하고 유연하게 관리하기 위한 ‘5G E2E Infra Orchestrator’ 기술이 적용되었다.

KT Expands European Market by Supplying VR Platform to Switzerland
KT는 ‘MWC(Mobile World Congress) 2018’에서 스위스 VR 사업자 ‘SecondWorld’(세컨드월드)에 플랫폼 및 콘텐츠를 공급한다. KT는 세컨드월드에 ‘VR 플랫폼’과 ‘VR 어트렉션’ 2종을 제공하기로 합의했으며 이후 함께 유럽 내 시장을 확대할 예정이다. KT의 VR 플랫폼은 사업자가 원하는 콘텐츠를 쉽게 네트워크를 통해 제공받고 정산/운영/관리까지 가능한 VR/AR 통합 플랫폼이다. KT 미래사업개발단 고윤전 단장은 “산업 생태계를 활성화를 위해 국내/외 다양한 사업자와 협력해 VR 시장을 확대해 나갈 예정이며 이를 통해 국내 콘텐츠 사업자가 글로벌 경쟁력을 가질 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The key to spreading AI agents in the financial sector is establishing a trustworthy data system. KB Kookmin Bank is operating over 100 AI agents by 2025 and is promoting expansion to 300. AI is automating repetitive tasks across various areas such as consultation, risk management, wealth management, and relationship management. However, if data quality, governance, and semantic structuring are insufficient, errors and risks increase. KB is building an AI-Ready organization through a multi-model strategy of GPT, Gemini, and Claude, as well as a Snowflake-based data system.
