Motherboards compatible with Ryzen 2000 series processors

ASUS Korea announced that it will be releasing a motherboard based on the X470 chipset, which corresponds to AMD's new processor 'Pinnacle Ridge', the Ryzen 2000 series, in Korea in time for the launch of AMD's 'Pinnacle Ridge' processor.

We plan to release motherboards that support the Ryzen 2000 series processors, allowing many consumers to get the most out of the new Ryzen processor 'Pinnacle Ridge' series.

A total of six motherboards based on the ASUS X470 chipset will be pre-released. The ROG CROSSHAIR series, which has satisfied overclockers, experts, and high-end gamers with the best performance and design since the previous generation, will be released in two models: <ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO (WI-FI)> and <ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO>, which are equipped with 802.11ac standard Wi-Fi modules.

The ROG STRIX series, which is a motherboard optimized for gaming and equipped with the gaming performance of the ROG series, is released in two types: <ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming> based on the standard ATX form factor and <ROG STRIX X470-I Gaming> based on the Mini-ITX form factor, and the TUF GAMING series, a unique gaming motherboard with a military concept that combines overwhelming durability and gaming performance, is released in the <TUF X470-PLUS GAMING> product. Also, the PRIME series will introduce the <PRIME X470-PRO> product to the market.

The ASUS X470 series, with its diverse personalities and usability, possesses individual features and functions that are suitable for each series, while also sharing several common technologies. In particular, the common technologies, which consist of intuitive tuning options and system optimization options, are configured to provide the best performance based on ASUS's 30 years of know-how.

AMD's "Pinnacle Ridge" series boasts improved clock speeds compared to previous generations, along with a significant increase in overclocking potential. ASUS has incorporated a variety of unique technologies to support this.

ASUS X470 series motherboards come standard with ASUS's "SafeSlot" to protect the graphics card, '5-Way Optimization' to reliably bring out the limits of the processor's performance, 'UEFI BIOS' that provides navigation functions for easier settings along with a BIOS environment that can be configured with mouse operation, and 'FanXpert4', a cooling solution that stably provides improved performance through the XFR clock algorithm of AMD Pinnacle Ridge processors. Visual changes are also achieved with ASUS's Aura Sync, an RGB lighting technology for visual tuning and water cooling users.

In particular, ASUS Sync is an RGB LED technology that has wide support through partnerships with memory, case, keyboard, and mouse manufacturers, including Philips.It provides the advantage of allowing users to control and link their own LEDs centered around ASUS motherboards.

ASUS X470 series motherboards not only offer improved performance through ASUS's unique technology, but also enhance physical stability and perfection. They also offer the advantage of being configured to allow for detailed adjustments and convenient UI for various environments and settings requested by users through software and BIOS, allowing for easy operation.
