Strengthening after-sales service ahead of Nova Lite 2's domestic launch
Huawei Consumer Business Group announced Huawei Japan's performance in the Japanese self-sufficient smartphone market ahead of the launch of the country's first self-sufficient smartphone, the 'HUAWEI Nova Lite 2'.
According to the Android smartphone market trends announced by Japanese research firm BCN, Huawei Japan ranked third among all Android smartphone brands and first among self-sufficient smartphone brands, with a cumulative market share of 17.5% in Japan from January to May 2018.

In particular, the 'Huawei P10 Lite' achieved the top spot in market share among self-sufficient smartphone products with a market share of 11.3% during the same period.
According to the popularity ranking of self-sufficient smartphones by Kakaku.com, a Japanese price comparison site, as of July 18, 2018, the 'Huawei P20 Lite', 'Huawei Nova Lite 2', and 'Huawei P20' are taking the 1st to 3rd places, showing their popularity.er;">
Huawei Nova Lite 2
The Huawei Nova Lite 2 reflects the lifestyles of women and the 1020 generation with its camera features that facilitate social media uploads and selfies, easy device operation, and simple design. Despite being an entry-level smartphone, the Huawei Nova Lite 2 boasts a dual rear lens, a front AR lens, an 18:9 aspect ratio, fingerprint and facial recognition, and a wide-angle aperture.
Huawei recently selected the Huawei Nova Lite 2 as the first self-sufficient smartphone in Korea, obtained KC certification and TTA certification, and is strengthening its after-sales service by securing 66 service centers nationwide.
