Mouser Unveils Generation Robot 4
A Study on the Use of Cybernetics by Humans and Robots
Mouser Electronics, together with engineer Grant Imahara, released the fourth episode of "Generation Robot," a new series of Mouser's "Empowering Innovation Together."

In this broadcast, Imahara visits Cyberdyne Studio, located on the outskirts of Tokyo, to learn more about HAL. HAL is a medical robotic suit that combines human, machine, and information transmission functions to restore or enhance a user's mobility. The Generation Robot Series is sponsored by Mouser's major suppliers, Analog Devices, Intel, Microchip Technology, and Molex.
Mouser and Imahara learn how humans and robots utilize cybernetics differently through an in-depth interview with Dr. Yoshiyuki Sankai, CEO of Cyberdyne Studios. The broadcast covers how HAL devices support and enhance user mobility. Through the interview, Imahara learns how patients wearing HAL utilize the device and learn motor functions. The program also highlights technologies that improve patients' lives.
