Mouser to Supply Microchip SiC Phase Leg Power Modules

Mouser Electronics announced today that it is now stocking Microchip Technology's AgileSwitch® Phase Leg SiC MOSFET modules.
This power module, which combines SiC MOSFETs and SiC diodes, can be used in a wide range of power supply applications, including automotive, medical, aerospace, and power generation. Its low-inductance SP6LI package allows designers to build complete systems using a small number of modules in parallel. Furthermore, the AIN substrate is used to enhance thermal performance.
The 1,200 V module features SiC power MOSFETs that offer low RDS(on) and high-temperature performance. The module's SiC Schottky diodes offer zero forward recovery, zero reverse recovery, temperature-independent switching operation, and a Kelvin source for easy operation.

Infineon Unveils SiC-Based Servo Drive Evaluation Board
Infineon has launched the CoolSiC MOSFET MADK board. The MADK EVAL-M5-IMZ120R-SIC evaluation board for motors up to 7.5kW is a 3-phase inverter board for servo drives. All analog and control signals can be easily accessed through test pads, and the signals are isolated from the power section for precise measurement.
