Dabo Corporation held an event to introduce Infineon's new SiC MOSFET products and Power Integrations' gate driver product family.

Dabo Corporation participated in the 2022 Summer Conference of the Power Electronics Society held at Hanwha Resort Gyeongju from July 5 to 7.

The product lines of Infineon, Power Integrations, and Cyntec were on display at the exhibition on this day.
The CoolSiC MOSFET 1200V M1H, featuring Infineon's new CoolSiC technology, is widely used in advanced silicon carbide (SiC) chips and is applied to various Easy module product families. The M1H chip, whose strength lies in its flexibility, can be utilized in applications that must meet peak demands, such as inverters in solar energy systems, as well as in rapid EV charging, energy storage systems, and various industrial applications.

"Power Integration has a portfolio of gate drivers for railways, vehicles, solar inverters, and wind turbines," said Ha Jae-won, Sales Team Manager at Dabo Corporation. "We also have gate driver solutions ready for recently launched hydrogen trucks and electric trucks."
