AspenTech today announced the latest release of new performance and sustainability capabilities available in aspenONE®, its portfolio of asset optimization solutions spanning design, operations and maintenance.

New aspenONE updates enable customers to develop and implement robust, impactful sustainability solutions more quickly.

This latest version is a sustainability model equipped with industrial AI. The Sustainability Sample Model Library contains over 140 options that can accelerate time to market for new processes and technologies.

This model, which integrates industrial AI, helps overcome implementation barriers to sustainability projects, improves economics, and supports investment.

Additionally, new high-fidelity models increase the accuracy of hydrogen and carbon capture models, scale from design to operation, and recalibrate as process conditions change.

aspenONE adds new integration capabilities that enable central management of enterprise OT data consolidation.

AspenTech Inmation™, AspenTech's centralized data management system, seamlessly connects to Aspen InfoPlus.21®, a real-time database, and aspenONE Process Explorer™ (A1PE), a data visualization solution, to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and production issues across the organization with greater ease.

AspenTech's asset performance management solution, Aspen Mtell®, now includes out-of-the-box integration with AspenTech Operational Insights™, which provides configurable dashboards to inform strategy, optimize resource allocation, and improve performance.

Additionally, AspenTech Inmation™ for Aspen Mtellⓡ provides native connectivity to support rapid integration with multiple high-volume data sources to improve asset performance management and accelerate customer reliability programs.
