NI, From AI & 6G to Mobility & Defense at a Glance… 'NI Days Korea 2026' on April 10

Technology programs centered on AI, 6G, mobility, defense, and academia established
NI Korea announced that it will host 'NI Days Korea 2026' on April 10. Engineers, researchers, and corporate representatives will participate in the event to explore test and measurement technologies used in industrial settings and related case studies.
The event consists of live demos and specialized technical sessions centered on NI Korea's new products and the latest test and measurement technologies. Participants can identify methods applicable to the development and verification process through presentations in key areas such as automation, data collection, and simulation.
This year's technology sessions will run on four tracks.
The specific topics include AI and 6G-related technologies, test and verification platforms for next-generation mobility, military satellite communications and the latest radar and electronic warfare, and the sharing of academic research and case studies, as well as strengthening cooperation.
Through this, the National NI plans to present a direction for responding to testing and verification requirements that vary by industry.
The event will also cover test automation, real-time data analysis, and the application of AI-based engineering.
In the increasingly complex system development environment, methods to reduce repetitive verification processes and improve design efficiency and quality management levels based on data are expected to become a major topic of discussion.
Interaction among participants is also a key aspect of event operation.
NI Korea explained that in addition to technology presentations, it organized sessions to allow industry and academic stakeholders to share technology trends and discuss collaboration possibilities.
Jeong Gu-hwan, CEO of NI Korea, stated, “This event will be a venue to share practical technical information and application cases amidst the changing industrial environment.”

[2025 e4ds Tech Day] "Verifying Power Semiconductors for Automotive Use for 10+ Years: Accelerated Testing Essential"
NI-Emerson T&M Director Sung Woong-yong presented on the topic of "High-Power Semiconductor Dynamic Reliability Test Solutions" at the '2025 e4ds Tech Day' event held on September 9th, proposing a new approach to reliability assessment methods for power semiconductors. Director Sung stated, "Since electric vehicles are products used for a minimum of 10 years or more, accelerated testing that can verify semiconductor lifespan in a short period is essential." He explained that NI has developed equipment reflecting both AQG324 and JEDEC test standards and is collaborating with major automotive and component companies in Germany. Through various test items including Dynamic Gate Stress (DGS), Dynamic Reverse Bias (DRB), and H3 TRB, the company is conducting precise analysis of semiconductor lifespan and performance.

NI Korea CEO Jeong Gu-hwan: "Configurable testing to meet changing requirements is key."
Jeong Gu-hwan, CEO of Korea NI, explained that NI has transformed from its past approach of "free-form lab-like development" into a "systematized company" based on customer feedback and execution capability. Since 2010, as demands for multi-product and short-cycle development, automation, and test time reduction have grown, the limitations of a single-box hardware-centric approach have become apparent. Consequently, NI has focused on "configurable test systems" that combine modular hardware such as PXI with LabVIEW-based software.
