As the electric vehicle and smart mobility industries evolve rapidly, global electronic component distributor Mouser Electronics is holding a technology seminar to survey the current state and future direction of electrification technology.

Mouser plans to host the 'Mouser E-Mobility Seminar 2026' at the COEX Conference Room in Seoul on April 8 and share key technologies and real-world application examples for realizing electric mobility.

This event brings together global semiconductor and component manufacturers such as Infineon Technologies, Little Hughes, Molex, and Yageo Group to highlight electrification solutions required for electric vehicles (EVs) and next-generation mobility systems.

The program was designed to enable design engineers and industry stakeholders to gain practical technical insights amidst a rapidly changing market environment.

Presentations by experts from domestic research institutions will also follow at the seminar.

Lee Hang-gu, a research fellow at the Korea Automotive Research Institute, [regarding] the electric vehicle market Analyzing structural changes and response strategies of the parts industry, Dr. Jaejo Lee of the Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute introduces the latest trends in smart control and communication technologies for EV charging.

Technical experts from global manufacturers will explain key technologies across the entire electrification stack, including connector technology for battery management systems (BMS), circuit protection and sensing solutions, and power semiconductors and passive components for fast charging, along with real-world application examples.

Mouser provides a variety of electronic components, technical data, and design tools to support electric mobility design, and is continuously expanding technical exchanges with domestic engineers.

This seminar is also part of these efforts and is expected to contribute to enhancing understanding of the overall electrification technology ecosystem.
