“Semiconductor Specialty Gases: 'Quality, Supply Chain, and Environment' Determine Competitiveness”
Published2026.04.28 14:48Kim O-hyun, CEO of Air Liquide Solutions Korea, presented on the theme of "Electronic Specialty Gas - Product trends and new developments" at the 'High-Performance Semiconductor Materials Technology Seminar' held at the FKI Tower Conference Center on April 24th, addressing the role of specialty gases in semiconductor processes and the direction of market changes. CEO Kim O-hyun stated, "While electronic specialty gases determine the success or failure of semiconductor processes, going forward, competitiveness will be decided by 'quality, supply chain, and environment' rather than 'new gases.'"
