The best way to manage risk is to take action, learn, adapt, change, and make mistakes. We learn and grow from our mistakes. That is the meaning of the risk I referred to. Taking risks in business is the very path to innovation. If there are areas where risk should not be taken, they would be sectors such as financial management, supply chain management, and quality control. These sectors must be carefully considered, and a proper balance of risk must be struck among them.
