Now, wearable designers can save development and testing time and bring mobile health and fitness products to market faster. The MAXREFDES73# wristband includes temperature measurement, Bluetooth® communication, and a rechargeable battery that lasts up to a week on a single charge.

Implementing galvanic skin response (GSR) is a challenging task that requires designers to tune multiple individual chips and calibration software before finalizing the sensor design. The MAXREFDES73# integrates digital-to-analog (DAC) and analog-to-digital (ADC) converters, a microcontroller, advanced power management, firmware, and an easy-to-use Android® app into the industry's first GSR reference design.
