Lenovo today introduced the TAB3 10 Business, an Android tablet built for business, and the TAB3 7 and TAB3 8, Lenovo's first family-friendly tablets. The TAB3 10 Business combines the power and versatility of Android 6.0 with a worker-friendly, smart company-ready design, optimized for business professionals. Supporting Android For Work™, it boasts enhanced security and encryption options to help users keep their work-related data safe.

The TAB3 10 Business is optimized for business mobility, making it the perfect fit for employees who are constantly on the move. It's designed for any business setting, from conference rooms to factory floors or sales floors. Lenovo user studies show that tablets are the most frequently shared devices at home, too. That's why we designed the TAB3 8 and 7 for shared use, supporting multi-user mode. Since children will also be using the tablet, we have ensured that everyone in the family will be satisfied with child-friendly features such as a child-only mode and automatic screen adjustment technology.

We're confident the TAB3 10 Business is the perfect fit for business apps and systems. It features Android for Work™, providing a dedicated profile for business content and enhanced security and manageability. It also comes pre-installed with productive Android for Work apps, Google Play for Work, and Kiosk Mode, allowing users to utilize the TAB3 10 Business as an interactive kiosk. The tablet also supports industry solutions for classroom management, point-of-sale (POS), and e-health management. The TAB3 10 Business also meets users' expectations for durability. It features P2i technology, which achieves IP52 dust and debris resistance, and a scratch-resistant Gorilla® Glass 3-panel design, ensuring it can withstand even the harshest of work environments.

For complete management and security, the TAB3 10 Business also features hardware encryption software, policy control, and remote control capabilities. Lenovo integrates the TAB3 10 Business with persistent endpoint protection to secure business networks. It also employs geotechnology, allowing businesses to track devices and create virtual perimeters. The product's mobile device management system also boasts remote control, silent application installation, and hardware and software function lock-down capabilities.

The company also backs up the tablet's workplace flexibility and vertical integration potential with the right hardware and features. A 1.3GHz quad-core processor enables fast and powerful multitasking and multi-window support. In many households, tablets are shared for things like watching videos or playing games. We've equipped the TAB3 7 and TAB3 8 series tablets with multi-user modes and features designed for families. For children, these tablets come pre-installed with a dedicated child mode, including safe web browsing options and the ability to restrict tablet access during certain times or days of the week. At the same time, multi-user mode allows family members to share the tablet without background, apps, email, etc.

Parents worry that the blue light from tablet screens can harm their children's eyes. Therefore, the TAB3 7 and TAB3 8 feature Adaptive Display technology, which blocks blue light. This screen can adjust the tablet's visuals and sounds based on what the user is viewing. It also uses sensors to detect ambient lighting and illuminance, adjusting color and brightness accordingly.

The TAB3 7 and TAB3 8 are versatile devices that feature a 2MP front-facing camera, a 5MP rear-facing camera, Dolby Atmos cinematic audio, and are powered by a 1.0GHz quad-core processor. They also offer optional 4G LTE support for high-speed internet connectivity on the go.[3]

The TAB3 10 Business will be available from July 2016. The TAB3 7 will be available from June 2016 for €119, and the TAB3 8 will be available from June 2016 for €149. All models are available from Lenovo retail stores.
