SiBEAM technology enables 4K wireless video transmission.

Lattice Semiconductor (CEO Jong-Hwa Lee) announced that its SiBEAM® 60GHz wireless technology has been adopted for Epson's 3LCD projector (PowerLite Home Cinema 5040UBe).

This Epson projector model is the industry's first 4K-capable wireless projector for consumer and enterprise use. This flagship projector can connect to a wide range of home entertainment products, featuring transmitters capable of wirelessly streaming 4K and HDR (high dynamic range) content.

Lattice's SiBEAM technology provides a high-bandwidth wireless audio/video interface compatible with the HDMI standard for in-room applications. Epson's continued adoption of Lattice technology in this third-generation projector underscores Lattice's long-term and robust partnership with the world's leading projector company.
