Published2016.10.12 05:503S Solution, an IT device manufacturing and distribution company, announced on the 10th that it has officially launched the Novelview M1, a smart Bluetooth speaker that connects with a mobile app, in Korea.
The newly released Novelview M1 features excellent transmission speeds thanks to the application of a DSP chipset and Bluetooth 4.0 support, and offers over 6 to 8 hours of playback with low power consumption and a lithium polymer battery, and supports high-end sound of up to 10W through two speakers and a subwoofer.
The product design features ABS panels for added delicacy and sturdiness, and adopts an aluminum alloy to match recent design trends, giving it a more luxurious appearance. It is highly valued for its excellent portability, with a palm-sized dimensions and a light weight of 225g.
Key features include a USB audio function that allows it to be used as a speaker for PCs and laptops, support for Micro SD cards up to 32GB for music playback, and support for APE and FLAC lossless audio files. Additionally, a high-sensitivity microphone is built-in, supporting hands-free functionality.
In particular, unlike Bluetooth speakers from other companies, the Novelview M1 has the advantage of providing a separate mobile application that can be linked with the Bluetooth speaker. It is expected to mark a new turning point for Bluetooth speakers, as features such as checking battery level, displaying song lists on the SD card, setting alarms, and automatic shutdown can be controlled via a smartphone through an application.
"As competition in the Bluetooth speaker market has recently intensified, we have been striving for differentiation, and as a result, we have launched the Novelview M1," said a 3S Solution official. "In particular, the ability to control the speaker via a mobile application will be a strong competitive advantage compared to other Bluetooth speakers."
