Equipped with both corporate information leak response and DDoS cyberattack response

KT announced on the 23rd that it has opened the 'Cyber Security Center (Intelligent Cyber Security Center)', which integrates IT security and network security.

The Cybersecurity Center integrates internal IT security management with customer network security management. By combining IT security, which focuses on responding to corporate information leaks, with network security, which focuses on responding to cyberattacks like DDoS, the center has improved the security of wired and wireless networks, IT services, and terminal protection.

KT's Cyber Security Center has established a proactive information leak response system. It intensively monitors abnormal connections from one server to another and abnormal access to customer information, while also establishing a system to prevent information leaks from servers to the outside world.

In addition, it operates a DDoS detection/defense system that can block attacks within 5 minutes of occurrence, and automatically detects/blocks domestic and international mobile phishing sites, providing a damage prevention notification window when a customer accesses a harmful site.
