Cisco Korea announced 'Cisco Spark Board', 'Spark Meetings', and 'Spark Room Kit', business collaboration solutions that support a smart work environment through real-time communication.

Companies can solve various problems with existing meeting methods through Cisco's innovative cloud-based all-in-one meeting room solution.

Cisco Spark is a business collaboration solution that supports a smart work environment where immediate response and real-time communication are key. Users can share ideas and materials and collaborate in real-time within "chat rooms," which are virtual meeting rooms equipped with end-to-end content encryption security. Any user can freely create meeting rooms based on projects and agendas, and invited participants can access them to send messages, share files, and make multi-party voice and video calls in real time. All team files and conversations shared within the meeting room are stored with content encryption, ensuring business continuity as participants who join the group later can view the discussion details and materials.

The Cisco Spark Board, newly launched in Korea, is a cloud-based all-in-one meeting room solution that connects the physical meeting room with the virtual space where work takes place. Upon entering a meeting room equipped with a Spark Board, users are automatically recognized and can control the system and share materials using their PCs, mobile phones, tablets, etc. On the Spark Board's digital whiteboard, users can write on the panel together in real time, regardless of the type of device. Work files generated here are automatically saved and encrypted.

In addition, Cisco provides a video conferencing solution suitable for small to medium-sized meeting rooms with the Spark RoomKit. It is an all-in-one solution consisting of a video camera, speakers, and a microphone, featuring 4K high-definition video. It also supports dual content source sharing and wireless sharing, utilizing standard Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections. The Spark RoomKit supports meeting rooms for 7 people, while the Spark RoomKit Plus supports meetings for 14 people.

Cisco Spark Meetings supports close communication between departments by extending functionality to include pre- and post-meeting processes. Using the Spark Meetings app, often referred to as a "Spark Board in your pocket," users can schedule meetings and access everything needed for preparation. Additionally, they can create team spaces, set agendas, involve all relevant parties, and share content and opinions.
