Samsung Electronics has launched the industry's highest-endurance microSD card 'PRO Endurance' series, which can continuously record Full HD video for five years (43,800 hours) with a single installation.

Samsung Electronics’ ‘PRO Endurance’ series is a new paradigm product optimized for security cameras, dash cams, and body cams, offering the industry’s largest capacity and warranty life. It will be launched sequentially in over 50 countries worldwide, including Korea, the United States, China, and Germany.

For devices that record 24 hours a day and store data frequently, such as security cameras, there is the inconvenience of having to periodically check whether video is being stored properly on the memory card or to replace the card every 6 months or 1 year to prevent errors.

'PRO Endurance' provides the industry's longest warranty of 5 years (43,800 hours) when shooting Full HD video based on the 128GB (gigabyte) product, extending the warranty limit of high-durability memory cards from the previous approximately 12,000 hours (based on 64GB capacity).
