Denso Seeks to Enhance Autonomous Vehicle Capabilities by Strengthening Partnership with Infineon
Infineon announced on the 28th that it is strengthening a long-term partnership with Japan's Denso. The two companies agreed to jointly enhance system know-how in existing and new technology fields, such as autonomous driving and e-mobility. Denso acquired a minority stake in Infineon to support strengthened cooperation.

"We intend to build semiconductor solutions for automotive electronic systems through partnerships with semiconductor companies," said Hiroyuki Ina, Senior Director at Denso. "This will enable us to enhance the competitiveness of autonomous driving and electrified systems."

Wutong Supplies 100 Electric Buses to Chile
Zhengzhou Yutong Bus, a bus manufacturer with a 30% market share in China, announced on the 26th that it will supply 100 electric buses to Chile. The 100 electric buses to be supplied are scheduled to be used to operate the public transportation system in Santiago, the capital of Chile.

The E12 electric bus supplied by Wutong to Chile features a power capacity of 324 kWh and low energy consumption. Equipped with a 150 kW DC charging function, it takes only 2 hours to fully charge.

Wutong has supplied a total of 20,635 buses in South America to date. Wutong has established seven service centers in Chile to provide service for buses already in operation. These centers offer not only one-stop service but also operational training. In particular, they provide lectures on driving, maintenance, vehicle structure, first aid, and troubleshooting related to new energy buses.
