He focused intensively on how the software development lifecycle and safety and security verification systems for automotive software must evolve as AI-based development becomes mainstream in the era of Software Defined Vehicles (SDV). Director Steve Howard emphasized that as AI generates code probabilistically, static analysis becomes increasingly important as a deterministic verification method.

This enables easier OTA updates and feature expansion, allowing continuous evolution of vehicles.
