KT Powertel Launches Premium Enterprise Radio App "Lazer PTT"
Even corporate communication costs are reduced… The wireless market is expanding.

KT Powertel (CEO Moon Ho-won), an LTE radio communication service provider, announced on the 10th that it will launch the corporate smartphone radio app RADGER PTT to commemorate its founding anniversary.

Rajer PTT is a radio app service that allows you to utilize all the features of KT Powertel's exclusive LTE radio Rajer by simply installing it on your smartphone. You can use LTE radio without the burden of having to purchase and carry a separate business terminal at a separate cost.

Unlike existing smartphone walkie-talkie apps that allow group calls of up to 500 people, Lazar PTT allows calls of up to 8,000 people per group and is a network processor-based system that can reliably process data traffic, making it suitable for customers who need simultaneous communication with a large number of people.


Additionally, security is ensured by applying ARIA 256, the national standard encryption algorithm, to ensure secure sharing of work information. Intercom calls between Roger radios and the Roger PTT app are possible, allowing users to use the radios in the field and the app in the office or control center to share work.

In addition, it is expected that the wireless API will be supported to enable integration with business apps used by each company, thereby improving the convenience of business for corporate customers by linking with dispatch apps in the logistics industry or facility management apps in the service industry.
