A complete hardware and software solution in a flexible and scalable single chassis

Keysight Korea (CEO and President Yoon Duk-kwon) announced the industry's first PXI open wireless test reference solution and wireless test audio library. Keysight's reference solution enables engineers to rapidly evaluate core wireless test measurements and integrate them into certification, manufacturing, or maintenance test systems.

Designers and manufacturers of new wireless equipment installations face the challenge of integrating new technologies, such as multi-channel or wide bandwidth, with existing standards that require long-term support. Wireless test reference solutions provide a flexible modular approach and upgrades that allow new specifications or features to be added without replacing the entire test system.

Mario Naruduzzi, Communication Measurement Solutions Manager at Keysight, stated, “The wireless test reference solution is part of our ongoing effort to provide hardware and software configurations for specific test applications,” adding, “This solution combines a flexible and upgradeable test system architecture with real-world examples of how we have helped customers rapidly evaluate and integrate solutions for both analog and digital wireless.”

In addition to traditional analog and digital wireless standards, the reference solution supports standards-based signal generation and analysis for modern communication standards. This includes LTE for next-generation public safety wireless and provides wider data bandwidth. It also generates or analyzes custom waveforms and supports advanced features such as spurious emission measurements up to 27 GHz.
